Defrayal procedure

We offer to subsidise travel and/or hotel costs if the laboratory is unable to cover them. Please check with your supervisor whether the local budget can cover all or part of the costs, and get back to us.

The procedure for taking charge of the assignment is as follows:

• Prepare a precise timetable for your trip: by default, transport by train is to be preferred.
• If several of you are coming from the same laboratory, group your requests together and, if possible, suggest pairs of people to share a hotel room.

• Fill in the application form and don't forget to include your bank details.

• Send the filled form to Boris Bordeaux (boris.bordeauxu-bourgogne.fr), Mathieu Desbrun (mathieu.desbruninria.fr) and Laure Bastide(laure.bastideuniv-smb.fr).
  
  
• Remember to keep all your receipts for when you return from your assignment (tickets, meal bills, etc.).

 When you return, scan all your receipts and send them to Laure Bastide (laure.bastideuniv-smb.fr) as soon as possible (deadline: 7 November).
